No shipping when it's hot
Shipping during periods of extreme heat or cold can damage wine. In order to reduce the chance of weather-related damage to your wine, we do not ship in unfavourable wheather conditions. All auction participants are offered storage in our temperature-controlled warehouse at no additional charge.
However, if you decide to ship your purchases regardless of the warm weather, we request to contact us in order to authorize shipment. We will provide you with a weather waiver to sign and return to us. By signing this waiver you assume all responsibility for possible weather-related damage.
