Apart from geographical bounderies, additional restrictions are applicable for:

post office boxes
schools and universities
miltary bases
islands, unless a written agreement is made before the auction

CONDITIONS

the receipient need to be 21 years or older and has to show an legitimation when the wine is delivered
import duties, fees and taxes as well as banking fees are for the account of the buyer
an Excise Accompanying Document (EAD) is mandatory for professional buyers (private buyers pay for all import requirements via the services provided by the carrier)
all payments required by Sylvie's are in Euro's

Exchange rate

Fees which are exemplified on this page, are subject to changing exchange rates. Proir to each auction we can provide a shipping cost estimation in advance. We use this quote when processing the auction, unless the price difference is more than 1%. In that case, the daily rate you receive on your invoice will apply. The quote issued is valid for 7 days.

Insurance

The all-risk insurance is based on the combined value of the hammer price and the buyer's premium.
