Karuizawa 1992 Vintage Single Cask Malt Whisky Cask 3330 (lot 2599)

This small distillery was founded in 1955 with the single objective to make exclusive, high quality whiskies. Situated at the foot of the Asama volcano, the whisky gets its unique flavour due to the water used, which is filtered through the volcanic rock. Since 2001, the distillery is no longer active, which also explains the rapidly increasing prices for these much sought after whiskies.
